In 2002 I bought a set of Willie & Max throw overs , they are a leather looking material ( I mean you can't tell the diff ) and they still look relatively new . The thing is , is that I have never had to condition them or really have never done anything at all to them unlike what you would have to do with leather . I highly recommend them to anyone and you can usually find them at local bike shops or their web site. I know if your like me I am Leary about buying things I can't touch , feel or smell up close but I wouldn't hesitate to buy these on line knowing what I know. They have held up way better then I ever expected because the price I paid for them I figured I would probably need a new set in a few yrs but nope still got them and like I said, still looking good and no maintanence!!
