A few years ago, maybe '04 or '05, my local RAT pack would occasionally have guest speakers at the monthly meet.
One month it was a finance director from Triumph, Bruno something or other, Bruno Tagliatelle I think it was  . I asked him the specific question "why does Triumph charge us more £ to $ etc blah blah?" His exact words were "because we can."
