I've replaced the chain on my 2005 about 3 times now, and in under a week, or about 100 miles, the chain "kinks" in several places...Have never been able to understand it. I asked other riders at a couple of rallys, and always get the short answer.."Nope, never had that problem"....Still I just ride around with a kinked chain...
