Just a note about reading glasses. Been wearing them for a few years and am up to 2.25. I got a new computer at work and was having trouble reading the screen? After trying some stronger glasses I went to the eye doctor complaining I could not focus on the computer screen.
After some discussion we came to the conclusion the monitor was farther away than it had been.
The farther away you are focusing the less magnification you need. I now wear 1.75 to see the computer and 2.25 for reading books.
