Out last week on video. I wasn't even going to consider watching this as I assumed it was another poor attempt to resserect an old tv shows premise. But I was really bored, and I thought, "what the heck". AND, I was pleasantly surprised. I was expecting to hate this movie. Huh. Actually, not a bad flick. The Napolean Solo in this show was kind of cool. Plot was ok. No giant holes in the story line. Good rivalry between the two stars. (OK, three, but I was mainly focusing on the original two characters, not the added woman.) All in all, kind of fun. My favorite scene, (no real spoiler) Solo watching from a distance, cooly eating a nice supper with wine while his Russian counterpart gets chased and shot at. I reccomend this flick.

I just reserved it to pick up tomorrow at Redbox.

Every once and a while they will make a TV series movie re-make that nails it. Remember the "Untouchables" movie? Sean Connery got an academy award for that one.

Yep. I thought Dukes of Hazzard was a pretty good flick based on a TV show.

One of best movies, ever.... One of the few I could watch again. Esp being from Chicago area, Visited Al's grave.
