Reading your post gave me cause to go back and revisit those awesome stories, think of those I've met face to face, those I only have come to know through the magic of Al Gore's inter-invention, and, those that I've seen vanish. So many good folk - So many stories - So many memories. Over the past few years, I've seemed to find less and less time to ride and so often I fall short of the really long rides, instead feeling some clouded feeling of accomplishment in 100 mile and less sprints of wind swept joy. Rereading these stories has rekindled thoughts of joyous adventure. I need to set some goals. Thanks and thanks to all y'all.
