I think I knew this about hagon so when I ordered the 2810 I had I put my weight up 15 lbs and when they arrived they were really decent, the preload issue is a pain by I did enjoy the dampening adjustment once I figured it out. Only issue I had was changing the preload was a serious pain in the you know what, I had to use an extension as leverage and really put allot of force to move the collar around. Plus because the shocks are inverted if you are not aware you turn the darn things the opposite way if I recall. Otherwise good shock for the money.
