I went with Hagon when I lowered Wendys bike 2" and also spoke to Mike. I have to say he hit the springs right on the money the first time with her bike. Mike spent quite a bit of time talking to me about them and what my needs were and how much weight would generally be on the bike. I don't remember a length difference on the pair I bought, I also don't remember what model I got. It's been years now.
