If the bike suddenly splutters and stops then refuses to start, open the petrol tank lid, if the breather hose from the fuel tank gets blocked it will not allow air into the tank as the fuel is being used causing a vacuum in the tank and fuel will not flow, pretty rare but can happen. She is going to have a lot of happy miles on this bike, hope you can keep up with her.
