He was out here for the weekend. Went round the track 9 or 10 times. Was great to see my childhood idol up close and personal after so many years. I was best buddies with his head mechanic's (at MV Agusta) son which got me started on motorcycles at the ripe old age of 15. This was afrer both Ago and he had left MV. It was 'Ago this', 'Ago that' by his dad all the time, hard not to get indoctrinated.

The old boy was dispensing doses of tinnitus with his throttle to all the photographers that wanted a close up with him astride his bike. I watched the next vid in line of him too (5 time champ) riding a course, he was smooth like butta on those hairpins, as well as fast as he wanted to go..
