I store my bike in a metal building and this time of year I have a condensation problem. Any suggestions or recommendations would be appreciated

I had the same problem with the shipping container I bought for storage (should have bought an insulated reefer  , more $$), R-18 insulation, a plastic film vapor barrier some 2x4s and the cheapest paneling I could find, solved the problem. Just had to bite the bullet, spend the money and do a little work, and problem solved. You should do something, even if you go with a space heater, your bike will prematurely corrode in there without regular attention.

I believe calcium chloride (Ice Melt Products) is a desiccant. You can get a large bag for like 20 bucks. If you were to spread it on the floor over plastic I think it would reduce the humidity inside the unit.

Yes on the dehumidifier. Dessicants work great. They dessicate. Not defecate. But problem is, they soon reach the saturation point and will not absorb any more moisture. DON'T cover a bike with a non-breathable tarp 'cause the moisture will accumulate under it and rot your bike and you will have shrooms growing on your seat.

I was not aware he had electric in the building. Yes, a dehumidifier is the way to go.

Ventilate the building if the temperature inside it during the winter does not matter. Dehumidifiers suck up lots of electricity.$$$

Joe is right. Vent the building so it can breath.
Do not cover the bike.
Best to sneak it in the house when the wife is not looking.

basically they are just a backwards window unit a/c
as long as the bike doesn't get sweaty it should be fine.

Ventilation seems the cheapest option . I store ice melt in the building so I could just open that up. I have one outlet I use for the battery tender. Also have a dehumidifier , so that is an option.
