My wife had a 21 year old drunk driver pull out in front of her on May 11, 2010. We are still seeking damages from the insurance company. My wife will never go back to work. 3 operations and nerve damage.
Kid got no jail time. Was convicted on a Felony that got down graded to a mister-meaner after alcohol abuse classes.
He has had 2 more DWI convictions since my wife's accident.
First pray that the young lady recovers.
Second hope he has insurance to help cover the bills.
Third hope they get a good lawyer.
Hope they throw the book at the bast$rd.
