Saw this on the news earlier and there was some question weather he would be charged with anything at all and he still may get off.The assertion that he was stung by a wasp would qualify as an unexpected act of God relieving him of responsibility. I would like to see someone run over his a$$ in return and it is obviously a deliberate action but that doesn't mean much in court anymore. It's what you can prove or disprove.
