I did a forward extension for a local guy maybe 8 years ago. I made aluminum adapter blocks to move the shifter forward (and longer rod) on the brake side I made a plate to move the peg mount, left the brake stuff in place and extended the brake pedal. The brake pedal extension was a cut and paste because that is what the guy wanted, a new pedal could be made instead (and look better).
I was looking for pix of this but have yet to find them.
