Bike bandit sells them, eyebrows and the pickets, but not under OEM America/Spdy parts, 'cause they never came from the factory with them.. Try 2001 Bonneville OEM fuel tank parts. You have to buy the badges separately, L and R, along with the L/R rubber backings. BikeBandit is still cheaper than the scalpers on EBay. Your existing fasteners fit nicely, so don't buy them.
Edit:I couldn't find the pickets on B.Bandit so I googled the part #s and got this as available:

Either the price went up or CalMoto is overcharging (no surprize there). Call B.Bandit with the part #s and let them find them for a price comparo.
