All depends on what jets are in there, some TORs are more restrictive than others. Also depends on weather the dealer know what they are doing or just guessing, do they have a dyno? Not a good idea to guess when jetting, bad performance wise even worse engine longevity wise, but hey, what do I know, I have never worked on bikes before. I don't work on state police cars now either.
