Drew, I would think for "optimum" tuning you would need to re-jet, change needles/clips & maybe slide springs. But, as you stated it is already jetted for TORs. You are probably fairly close with the jetting, just not spot on.
edit: I am guessing there have been no mods to the air intake side of the equation.
