Not sure about rejetting since I have an EFI America, but did you feel you needed to attach them to the supports? I have the turnout variation to those pipes - and they just attach to the header and are very secure without any other mountings.
I like the idea of the baffle inside - the turnouts have no baffle and they are pretty obnoxious without anything. Had to go with some steel wool packed into the ends next to the header to quite them down a bit.
