On the TOTs and re-jetting, I think there are a couple different versions of TORs for the carbed bikes. The straight through type needs to be re-jetted the other I think only needs a larger pilot jet. I think even stock pipes need a larger pilot though as they are jetted lean at the factory. Only way to be sure for where you live is to do the mixture screw adjustment and if you can't get the right adjustment then you need the larger pilot.
