I assume that the Storm had a Metzler tire on the back. The ME880's have a notoriously thin skin and are easy to puncture. I picked up a 1/2" bolt on my Rocket several years ago. For that and several other reasons, I will never install a Metzler on any of my bikes again if at all possible.
