It probably will not cause any problems as long as none of those ever decide to leak.
Personally I would remove all those lines and tear those charcoal boxed out. The look of your carbs will be cleaner and better looking when all of that stuff is gone.
Take em all off and cap em according to the destructions for removing the CA emissions add ons.
