Here is a question for YOU! Can the federal government ever do any wrong? Is their every action justified? Is a 2.9 million dollar fine really a good idea because a company didn't get your paperwork done as quickly as you like? Considering your comments it would seem you think Triumph had it coming.
As for being Too Big, I'm pretty sure that was not directed at Triumph. Of course there is no way GOVERNMENT could be too big or too intrusive. 
We all like to think of ourselves as rugged individualists. But when push comes to shove most of us are sheep who do what we are told. Worst of all, a lot of us become unpaid agents of whoever is controlling the agenda by enforcing the current dogma on the few rugged individualists who actually exist.
