Battery Voltage was tested at the Battery.
Portable Battery Pack is 12v 900AMP/400AMP Harbor Freight POS.
With the key on the headlight is very bright.
OK, I took the battery out of my wife's bike(smaller battery) plus the Portable Battery pack and the bike started right up. So it looks like I will need a new BATTERY. I will have the battery tested tomorrow the go get a new battery.
Thanks for all your suggestions and input, it has help tremendous and cost me less than replacing everything until something worked.
The Battery showing charged though me down a wrong path to start with.
