Hi all, Bike: America 2008, TTP tune, DNA filter, no sai or o2, TOR's There is metalic tapping coming from cylinder/valves area. Tapping is not reguar, hope you can hear it on movie below. The valves was adjusted yesterday but tapping still here. Thanks https://youtu.be/kEa-9cs03kE

Exhaust leak at Copper header donut gasket? Feel any pulses of hot air with your hand in close proximity to the joint? Be careful and deliberate, so you don't get a 2nd degree burn on advice from a complete stranger, K?

Thanks for reply.
i will not be able to try burn my hands soon:) Just lifted cam cover and checked valves clearance (adjustments has been done yesterday by mechanic). Left exhaust valve is way too tight, i have try 0.127 and even that will not go it.
So don't want start bike until valves are adjusted correctly. Never adjusted valves but looks like i will have to do it on my own. I am feed up with mechanics.

Thanks for link, it will be usefull.
Since this tight adjustment i have done 35 miles only and bike was idling for about 20 minutes, would there be any damage to valve in that short use of engine?

I don't know if your valve is damaged or not, let's assume the valve is still good, get the proper shim in place and go from there. If you keep riding, the valve will burn.
