Yes, E10=a blend of gasoline and up to 10% ethanol. Most pumps across the country dispense it unless labeled (usually very noticeably) as "non-ethanol", "real gas" or "marine fuel".
Arrow 2/2 or 2/1 is indicating two cylinders or header pipes and mufflers. 2/1 would be an exhaust system joining the two header pipes into one and fed to a single muffler.
