I foolishly let my bike sit for over a year without starting it or charging the battery. I went to start it this morning and it won't start at all. I put a meter on the battery and it says 4 volts. That seems very low to me. Did I damage the battery? Should I just replace it? The battery itself is about 18 months old. I've got it charging right now on a Battery Tender.
