May be time for a set of clutch springs, inspect and lube control cables, put a torque wrench on every accessible fastener you can, valve adjust, probe intake area with an unlit propane torch for a tell (idle increases) on vacuum leaks, carb sync, check chain and sprockets, brake pads, deglaze the rotors, new inline filter?, fresh dielectric grease on every connect. Once you get all this done, by say, noon tomorrow? Post again and by then I will have remembered everything I left out. Oops, I left out, get rid of the bicycle style bearings in your steering neck and get some "AllBalls" replacements in there.
