I was born in Morpeth North of Newcastle.Lived in Stakeford, a little village in between Ashington and Bedlington with relatives in each two towns.Where in Scotland do you live?I travelled all over Scotland as a child.
I was born the good ol Gorbals in the days when it was a tough town .Dad made good and we moved to Dunbar when I was 7.......there until I was 16 then my last 2 years in Newcastle upon Tyne.....then I climbed Hadrian's Wall and moved South.....now in Tunbridge Wells in Kent.
I know Morpeth well......
