I wanted to share a link that has been shared before, but it has been so useful to me, and I've seen other threads regarding oil changes and etc...that if you need a stand/lift you should spend the 30 minutes and build one for yourself.

This has made an oil change a breeze, chain service simple, brake and wheel work smooth. I use it when I wash and polish as well because everything is so much easier with a stable level bike.

It was really simple to build and everybody else who sees it thinks I'm a genius for coming up with it...I "usually" tell them I found info for it online.
