Went to the local muffler install shop and had them weld a 1 7/8 pipe inside a 2 inch pipe. Went home an trimmed the pipes to size and filled in the welded joint. Then I made a little homemade lathe, mounted the pipes and sanded them nice and smooth.

They are 13" Paughco universal baffles. I wrapped them with fiberglass matting and stuffed them. With that alone they were way too loud. So, I put these in the tips
4" Paughco universal baffles, NOT wrapped and 1" cut off.
