Well Steve, let's not forget here that this report ALSO claims the woman who purposely ran over that "wonderful Cali motorcyclist" says that HE kicked in her door after their INITIAL little encounter, and thus "perhaps" NEEDLESSLY exacerbating the situation, RIGHT???!!!

(...yep, in OTHER words, MAYBE that Cali motorcyclist would have been WELL advised to just "let it go" and then LATER write HIMSELF a little song like that there Good Ol' Georgia Boy did when HE was cut off by some azzhole on that Interstate "y'all" got back there, RIGHT???!!!)
