I had such a good birthday thanks mostly to my sweetheart. Have I told you guys? We were married waaaaaay back, got divorced in 1980 then 3 years ago reunited to spend the rest of our lives together. Quite the story. Anyway, she arranged for a dinner with my band mates from both the rock band I'm in and the A Cappella group I sing in. I was showered with gifts, smiles, laughter and good cheer over dinner, then enjoyed the wonderful quinoa chocolate cake my sweetie put together. It was DELICIOUS! Then, after that I shared the rest of the evening with sweetie while enjoying a wee dram (or two) of birthday scotch. WOW, what a birthday!!!!!!
