Mine leans a bit more than I would like. I owned an 08 Bonneville before getting my 09 America. Had both for over 1 year before selling the Bonnie. The Bonneville stood noticeably more upright than the America. I purchased both new from the dealer so I knew that a previous owner had not made any modifications. Just the nature of the beast I guess. I do park with the handlebar pointed to the right, seems to stand slightly more upright than when pointed to the left. Maybe I'm fooling myself about that
Had thought about adding a spacer of some sort (washers?) to the bottom of the kickstand but waited a bit and that urge passed.
