I ship stuff from the UK to US all the time, and use Interparcel (http://www.interparcel.com/) instead of any of the branded services. The shipments come via UPS etc, just they use their bulk buying power....often they are 1/3rd the cost of UPS etc, often cheaper than shipping within US/Canada. Same tracking, same delivery servcies just much cheaper.
