I have personally witnessed a guy rolling a cigarette on the gas tank of his VTX (big wind shield) while riding on the interstate. he then lit up.

I would certainly be impressed with the riders dexterity to perform such an act however if a cop witnesses that here it would result in a big fat ticket. (distracted driving)

Come to think of it so would peeing while riding right after the cop stopped laughing.
