We all started somewhere. You are not the first to wonder about how to get a discussion started
After you have selected a specific form to view (and have the threads listed in the "subject" column), you will have the forum/sub forum listed just above the subject area. Look further to the right for "Post" "Previous" "Index" "Next" "Expand".
Select the Post button and you can start your own thread.
