The only thing they have in common is they have a flat seat 2 wheels a gas tank and handle bars like a zillion jap bikes do too. They don't look any more like one of my many classic restored bikes than any other jap bike does.I currently own 11 classic Triumphs that are stock configuration. If they look more like anything British they look more like the last incarnation of the Norton I remember. The fairing looks like a Dunstal, yes the bike not so much, but of course you are so full of yourself you must be right so I will not argue my point farther.
