The one on my bobber is just a universal painted to match the rest of the tins (House of Kolor, black). I have posted a picture before but here it is again.
You do loose the slight additional rigidity that comes from the stock bracket acting as a fork brace though - the universal mounting brackets can be bent easily into place.
