The other night, with the wife on board, a MD State Trooper banged a u-turn after we passed, followed me on a lone country road for about 5 miles, than pulled over again. I had on my non-DOT skid lid, single strap, that's the only thing I can think of that drew his interest. I was going exactly the speed limit. I knew a MD State Trooper Captain, who lives about 3 miles beyond our point, I was getting ready to invoke his name if pulled over.
First time for me. (well, since the 80's....)
