You already guessed the suspension upgrade, front and rear both need upgrades. The stock ironing board seat isn't very comfortable but the solo seat/rack combo is as well as is the Burton Bike Bits traditional benches. The Arrow lightens the bike but TORs give a similar performance boost, I have TORs and they seem right to me; keeping in mind that in my old age I prefer not to make a racket. The Triumph Twin Power ignition curve upgrade is a nice combo along with an air filter upgrade, I can't say it makes more power but it sure winds up to redline smoothly. The bike also came to me with a floating front rotor and three pot Bremo caliper that makes for easy two finger stopping, I like it here in the hills and it hauls my 220lbs. to a rapid stop.

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort. Herm Albright (1876 - 1944)
