Good times. Good riding. Good to see familiar faces. The unexpected visitor brought beer too! Good to share in the excitement of buying a new trailer. lol Unlike the northern travelers, I had no rain on the way home.
That wasn't to last though, as I just got back this Tuesday from a ride up to Silver Spring MD. Rain chased me the whole way home and caught me in NC, or was it SC? Vera Lynn rolled fine both to the GA Rally and to the District. Not bad for an old Dame. Easy 80mph tank to tank roll. Was 64 degrees when I got on the outer loop at 5:15am. What a relief! The Sunday before was sweltering as Lou and I rode to Point Overlook State Park in Southern Maryland.
