Both my Shorai (in the Tiger 1050) and the EarthX (America) can be charged with a "Battery Tender". Never use a desulfating type battery charger with a Lithium battery. The use of a battery charger with a lithium battery will be a rare occasion. These batteries discharge at maybe 4% a year.

I installed the EarthX Lithium battery in the America today. The bike hasn't been started in over 4.5 weeks (been gone on a very long business trip). Anyway, the bike started so fast I couldn't believe it. Never in all the time I have owned this bike has it started in less than 1 second.
