It's not "just electronics failing", it's bad component location! It must be somewhere in the region of 7 to 10:1 that America/Speedmaster igniter units fail compared to Bonnie/Thrux/Scrambler igniter units. Same component, one gets hot above the engine the other stays cool under the seat.
