Can anyone tell me if there are external differences in the silencers for 02-07 TBAs and the 08-current models. I know the later models have catalytic converters but am just concerned about the measurements of the outside of the mufflers.

I have an 09 America (EFI). I had short, slant cut TORs put on soon after at the dealer. A couple of years later after having modified those mufflers I picked up another, older set of short TORs from a guy, said they were from his carbed 08 Speedmaster. They looked and mounted the same. Seems there have been changes to heat shields and covers over the years but think the important parts were the same.
When looking at exhaust I have seen some offered by carb/EFI listings. But I think if there is a real difference it may be from when the foot peg location changed.

Ok, Thanks, that's what I was looking for. Since I have a carbed 08 was wondering if the later model exhausts would fit. Also found that older silencers will fit the 08 America.
