I switched out my 2003 TBA from Long to short TOR'S now it pops like crazy in deceleration I thought it would be a straight switch but I guess I need to adjust something, any comments help would be appreciated.

Was hi-temp RTV silicone sealer used at the header/silencer? Any exhaust leaks?

Yes hi temp silicone sealer was used. I will check for leaks.

Disconnect your TPS and most of the decel popping will disappear. You have to unplug it and the plug is a bit_h to remove.

Richening your idle mixture screws will help also.

Since you just changed pipes I think the first thing to do would be to make sure you don't have any leaks causing the popping. Then next would be to make sure you are jetted right and pilot screws are adjusted right.

Thanks guy's This weekend when I get home I will check for a leaks, am thinking I may have been too gentle with the silicone.

Assuming your jetting is correct, just turn the air /fuel needles out a 1/4 inches at a time till popping decreases or stops.
