Bone stock, rider's feet on the rear pegs and crouched a bit to reduce wind resistance, they should be able to hit around 108 real speed.
I've had mine past 105 real speed with a little throttle left and sitting up. My Speedometer has been measured to read +10 according to the roadside radar wagons from an indicated 48 to 93, so there's no reason to believe it's much different when it says 117.
