Missed all of it. Had to rely on the internet, which is pretty cool in itself, to watch the eclipse.

I enjoy things like that, because it reminds me how small we are when looking on the bigger perspective. Tiny me, astronomical event!

Also, reminded me of the very first live cast of something on the net. The famous coffee pot at Cambridge university. It was totally amazing to get almost live feeds, well about a picture a minute, of the coffee pot and watching it being full or empty from the other side of the world. Interesting times.

The net has grown in complexity since, but as most here, I remember a time without the internet. Something the kids these days will never know... How to reach out to someone without some kind of techno gizmo.

I saw it here in Ok.this morning at 6:30. A little cloudy but a pretty good view.

I got up at 2am and watched it happen then saw it start to go back at about 4am. My wife woke up around 3am and she went to look at it. I then got to see TWO moons.
