Arizona resident here, and so I'll just check the "Not Applicable" box to this question.
(...though I have to add that up here at 4500ft in elevation, there are a few days in mid-Winter when I'll let the occasional 1-2 inches of snow melt for a day or two and the temps return to the 50-60 degree range before hoppin' on the bike and gettin' in a good ride)
