I don't put the bikes away until the week of thanksgiving. usually that Friday is my last ride for the season. Not being an HD guy I can do that.
as for the winterizing; full tank of gas will stabil added. the carbed bikes are run dry. All get plugged into battery minders. Mirrors removed and side stands blocked to get more straight up to take up less space in the shop. Then covered up until spring.
