I've had both heated grips and heated gloves for various bikes. I prefer the gloves as they heat a larger area, tops of fingers etc.

The whole idea of heated grips and gloves leaves me cold. (pun intended) I'd rather do some kind of "air deflector". I don't want to run the wires and deal with the whole "accessory harness" thing." And every kind of glove that isn't just plain ole thin leather is uncomfortable for me. I don't even wear gloves in the winter to work in.
